As a Product Owner at funda you know that two-sided marketplaces are the Super Bowl of product challenges. You focus on the consumer side of the funda platform; an exciting challenge working with the tools and systems that helps millions of users finding their next house. You will be responsible for the OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) and the product strategy, gaining alignment from company leaders and stakeholders, and prioritizing a roadmap that helps your team deliver the features necessary to achieve your objectives.
With over 90% market share funda is the leading real estate platform in The Netherlands for the last twenty ears. This is a position that we would like to keep and we’re gearing up for the next successful twenty years. Therefore, we need bright, driven people like you who are up for a technical challenge and will be defining the customer journey to make funda even better for our audience of 5 million returning visitors per month.
You will be given a large degree of freedom to make a measured impact. You prioritize ruthlessly and support superior product execution in all its facets. In addition, you meet or exceed your goals while delivering consistently and predictably. We have a solid foundation (both platform and revenue), but we aren’t resting on our laurels.
Your primary focus is the consumer experience. You will be building tools and services that consumers need and exceed their expectations. By doing this, you add more value throughout the whole journey of searching, buying, moving, owning and selling a house, so that we can take the stress out of all those moments in buyers’ and sellers’ journeys.
You work in a small multidisciplinary product development team working on a household name. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. Your direct team is a customer-focused team consisting of a designer, scrum master, several engineers and our QA resource. You will be supported by a research division, data team and core services team.
You are a Product Owner with preferably an analytical or technical background. You’ve worked on marketplaces, SaaS platform or platforms. Maybe you worked at a bigger technology company, where voices aren’t heard. Or you worked at a smaller company reliant on venture funding. Wherever you came from, we believe funda fits perfectly in between. We’re both profitable and innovative.
