We need you, because you’re that typical, die-hard data enthusiast. You have a strong track record when it comes to building dashboards and you always think one step ahead. And of course you love to translate complex data from different departments into clear solutions. This is what allows funda to make better decisions.
Job requirements
The current multi-disciplinary data team consists of one Analytics Engineer (Esther), a Data Scientist (Edwin), two Data Analysts (Ruben and Eveline) and one Data Lead (Linda). You will also work in close alignment with the service owner of the team (Stephen) and Eduardo, the CTO.
Funda is a small organization with a lot of interesting data. According to your new colleague Ruben, ‘because we’re one of the largest Dutch websites in terms of visitors, you’ll work with huge data volumes and great tooling.’

- Building dashboards and reports for other teams to use
- Validating data insights derived by funda teams
- Maintaining documentation on the delivered datasets
- Centralizing, maintaining and documenting all relevant core metrics
- Ensuring that all core metrics are tracked accurately
- Guaranteeing the data quality of delivered datasets

This is you
- Solid understanding of the basics (SQL, BigQuery, Google Data Studio)
- Experience with DBT, Segment and Python are nice bonuses
- Know how to convincingly convey the value of data to others
- Understand the importance of performance as a feature
- Strong track record in managing stakeholders
- At your best when working in a collaborative environment in which you put goals ahead of procedures
